Ministry Plans for the Future
posted on: 08-16-2011
To say the last year and a half has been a challenge is an understatement. During that time, Rolling Hills opened its Arcadia Thrift Store/Ministry Center and completed a 7,000+ sq. ft. expansion to its Ruston facility. These are exciting days for the ministry! So where do we go from here? Currently the ministry is focused on becoming debt free. At the same time, plans are being made to design a ministry facility that can be built anywhere in the surround- ing parishes. The minis- try has set a goal to open several of these centers in the next few years. These Thrift Store/ Ministry Centers will have a multi-focus purpose as Rolling Hills commits to make a difference in the lives of people.
How can you help? First, you can pray for the ministry as the feasibility of these new centers and new ministries are being studied. Second, we need some of you to dream with us. Finally, we need your help financially. The ministry is positioning itself to meet the needs of people for decades to come.
As Mark Sanborn writes, "Each of us is creating our future right now. Whether the future is five minutes from now or five years, it is determined by our preparation or lack of it."
Would you help us prepare for the future that God has ordained for Rolling Hills?
Would you be willing to share your blessings with others and come along side us and dream dreams that only God can fulfill?
